My client is a thriving and well-established design and manufacturing business, currently experiencing strong periods of growth.

They are currently seeking a Sales Support expert to manage contracts and develop customer relations by supporting the sales team.

Duties:

  • Choose and implement a CRM system,
  • Support the sales team in using the CRM system so they have a full understanding on its use.
  • Support the promotion of company products
  • Manage and follow up customers quotations
  • Grow and maintain aftermarket sales 
  • Liaise with the customer and offer customer support
  • Manage customer contracts and queries

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and be able to maximise CRM to it’s fullest capacity
  • A good understanding of the concept of successful sales and marketing
  • Effective communication skills are essential together with the ability to work under pressure and to arranged deadlines 

The salary on this is very attractive and a performance related bonus is also on offer
